Layout of the mirror for the liquid sample set-up. The Si mirror is fixed with its polished side down by means of six screws alongside the groove. Any deformation of the mirror is performed by adjusting the set of screws placed in the mirror mounting top side. The tilt angle α can be adjusted via a two-circle goniometer onto which the mirror housing is mounted. The mirror can be tilted around an axis parallel to the beam direction and translated in all directions. The mirror dimensions are w = 25 mm, h = 10 mm, l = 140 mm.
