Scintillation spectrum of the emission of 500 µm-thick undoped YAG and 500 µm-thick YAG:Ce single-crystal under X-ray excitation. The data are voluntary cut-offs for long wavelengths, greater than 700 nm, because the sensitivity of the monochromator and photomultiplicator tube limit the accuracy of the data.
