The thick lines show the path of the X-ray beam. Thin lines trace the paths to the focal points (A, B, C and D), which are listed in Table 1[link]. The Rowland circles of the bent crystals are shown as dashed lines. By rotating the last two crystals around the axis along the incident beam, the vertical angle of the incident beam to the sample can be manipulated.
