Schematic illustration of the experimental set-up. The goniometer is composed of several stages, i.e. Sz, Rx, Ry, Y, X, Z and ω. The dummy crystal was set on top of the sample. Diffracted X-rays were detected by the area detector. Measurements were carried out by repeatedly performing exposure and translation of the sample along the Sz and X axes.
