Sample environments for SAXS measurements. The insets show the schematic profile of both sample cells. Upper photograph: the white U-shaped temperature-controlled sample holder can be loaded with an easy-to-change sample container and a temperature-readout sensor (at the bottom of the photograph). Lower photograph: the hydrostatic high-pressure cell which allows both temperature and pressure control. At the bottom the diamond window elements as well as the disassembled sample containment are visible.
