Instrumental distortions of FMR absorption spectra of a YIG thin film at modest microwave excitation power (6 mW): (a) far from the cavity resonance ΔFcav = 7 MHz; (b) close to the cavity resonance ΔFcav = 2 MHz. In both test experiments the normal to the YIG film was rotated away from the direction of the bias field B0 by the azimuthal angle β′ ′ = 54.73°.
