Intensity of parasitic scattering as a function of scattering vector q from various window materials in absolute units. The `Air' graph is calculated for the present differential pump assembly. For comparison, intensities for a 250 µm Be window, a 100 µm CVD diamond window and a 10 µm mica window as quoted in the literature (Bösecke & Diat, 1997BB1; Jaski & Cookson, 2007BB7) are graphed.
