Comparison of the field profile between 130 K and 300 K in terms of (a) the electron trajectory and (b) the phase error. The electron trajectory is slightly offset from the original position for clarity. The r.m.s. phase errors at 300 K and 130 K were found to be 3.3° and 3.2°, respectively.
