Perspective drawing of the DEI set-up. The Si(333) monochromator reflects a narrow band of energies at 51.5 keV. The beam dimensions are 80 mm × 1 mm (H × V). The analyzer crystal is identical to the monochromator. The pixel size of the FReLoN detector is 47 µm.
