Results of angle distance measure, applied to a restricted region in a stack of images of Chernozem soil taken with the STXM at BESSY II. The spectra of the first three clusters are shown. The first cluster contains potassium, clearly visible in its spectrum (see Fig. 3[link], top); the second cluster shows the overlapping of organic and inorganic elements in the sample; and the third cluster contains organic components.
