Measured GIXD in-plane reciprocal-space map of an InGaAs quantum dot sample in the vicinity of the 022 reflection. The intensity distribution is shown for Qz = Q[_{4\bar11}] = 0.55 nm−1, with an integration interval of ΔQz = 0.19 nm−1 (which corresponds to 80 CCD pixels). The strain-sensitive radial scan direction is collinear with [011] while the angular scan direction is collinear with [[12\bar2]].
