Monochromator resolving power in several cases. The variables are full slit width (set to collect most of the beam, i.e. 30 µm), half slit width (i.e. 15 µm), all aberrations as delivered by the VLS grating without further correction and, lastly, defocus corrected exactly (by a slit movement of less than 2 mm).
