Obtained by summing the individual exposures undertaken at each irradiation step, the upper image depicts the accumulated flux distribution on the module. A cross section taken along row 155 transverses the highest accumulated flux regions and indicates that the maximum number of photons incident on a pixel is approximately 1.8 × 1013. Analysis was constrained to the four regions above column 250 and row 120, as other regions received insufficient accumulated flux, and therefore dose, to induce a measurable change.
