Variation of the normalized d-spacing (d/d0) of the B1 phase of KCl as a function of Ψ angle upon compression. Lattice distortion increases with increasing pressure for each diffraction plane at lower pressures (P < 2 GPa) and the lattice distortion of the (220) and (222) planes is much larger than that of the (200) plane.
