The energy scale is relative to the maximum of the pre-edge feature in L₃ (black plus signs centred at ∼2842 eV) and to the maximum of the pre-edge feature in L₂ (red hollow circles centred at ∼2842 + 128.7 eV). The intensity of the L₂ edge is rescaled using a factor of 1.7.
