Stereoview of the structure of DAPT, an oligopeptide inhibitor of γ-secretase, refined at 0.7 Å resolution using synchrotron radiation data. The blue electron density corresponds to non-H atoms and the brown difference map reveals all H atoms, missing from the model at this stage.
