Microbeam flux delivered by the KB mirrors under prefocusing conditions in the horizontal direction. The intensity increases from 1.3 × 1012 photons s−1 as the beam is prefocused by the beamline main optics. The intensity achieves its maximum value of 4.2 × 1012 photons s−1 when the size of the prefocused beam equals the size acceptance aperture of the mirrors. Then the intensity decreases when the beam is over-focused and its size exceeds the mirror aperture.
