The two twins have the same dimension (24 × 24 × 24 grid points) and the same overall variation of the phase ramp. However, the curvature of the parabolic function changes in the three objects. The change has been modelled by displacing the minimum of the parabolic function by 78 (a), 35 (b) and 15 (c) pixels from the object.
