Lower table: results of online analysis (DichroWeb) of protein secondary structure calculated from spectra of myoglobin at weak signals (0.57 and 1.15 mg ml−1) and signals from regular concentrations (2.25 mg ml−1, 4.5 mg ml−1 and 16.5 mg ml−1).
