Sagittal deviation of the first harmonics at 10 m behind the double channel-cut crystal (+,−,−,+) monochromator shown in Fig. 1(b)[link]. The deviation of the next (third) harmonic is substantially smaller. The diffraction is on a Si(111) crystal.
