Panel (b) is a magnified view of the highlighted area of the transmission image taken at 6500 eV (below the Mn edge); panel (c) is the corresponding view of the image taken at 6650 eV (above the Mn edge); and panel (d) is the difference map generated by the program. The scale bar in panel (a) is 2 µm, and those in panels (b), (c) and (d) are 0.6 µm.
