The `Fluorescence Scan' tab of MxDC showing results from MAD edge scans (a) and excitation scans (b). Users choose elements to annotate on the emission spectra, by selecting them in the `Results' section. The `Scan Parameters' section on the left allows users to modify the prefix, directory, edge or energy, exposure time and beam attenuation to be used during the scan.
