GIWAXS from an ambipolar OTFT on silicon. In-plane rod-like Bragg diffractions of the 2D ordered pentacenes are labeled. The other scattering features, i.e. the amorphous ring-like structures and the Bragg diffraction spots, arise from the partially ordered fullerene molecules.
