EXAFS oscillations at the Ge edge (top) and at the Sb edge (bottom). The extracted experimental data are plotted in black and the fits in red. Only every tenth spectrum is shown and the stacking increase of the data sets corresponds to the increase in measurement temperature. Transitions in the local atomic arrangement can be seen especially at the Ge edge around 510 K and 610 K, indicating that the local order around this element changes most significantly.
