The sample is mounted on the goniometer (bottom right) just to the left of the beamstop (green). On the left side of the image is the cryojet (bottom) and Vortex ME4 detector (top). The Soller slit assembly mounted on the front of the detector (white cap) has slots allowing the use of foil filters to reduce unwanted scatter and fluorescence.
