Three-dimensional colour contour plot of scattering width for varied displacement of the AGM grating actuators. The scattering width was measured in terms of the FWHM of 870 eV X-rays elastically scattered from a carbon sample. PZT₁ and PZT₂ are the relative displacements of the two piezo actuators of the AGM grating assembly.
