Experimental set-up for the PB-PCXI experiments performed on the IMBL. R1 is the source-to-sample distance and R2 is the sample-to-detector distance. Collimation of the beam in the horizontal direction was performed using the primary slits, shown in the figure. The effective source size in the vertical direction was varied by bending the crystals of the monochromator. Values for parameters used in both hutch 2B and 3B are given in Table 1[link] of the text.
