Ray-trace (SHADOW) of three emission lines separated by 1:10000 imaged at the detector. Energy loss varies from 2 eV to 18 eV over a range of incident photon energy from 702 eV to 718 eV. These seven screens are each 400 µm × 400 µm. The three lines move 3.4 mm across the detector in the dispersive direction of the spectrometer. For this computation the spectrometer is collecting ±2.5 mrad vertically and ±5.0 mrad horizontally.
