Comparison of Co K-edge EREY and transmission EXAFS together with corresponding Fourier transforms for CoAlPO-34 A. Data were analysed in k-space (after background subtraction, k3-weighted). The solid line is the experimental data and the dashed line is the best fit. The EREY–EXAFS amplitudes are comparable with those of transmission EXAFS. The EREY–EXAFS spectra are noisier, particularly at higher k-values, but the data quality is sufficient for a full EXAFS analysis.
