Comparison of the experimental and simulated total integrated spectra for all Maia detector pixels for E₀ = 18.5 keV. No sample was mounted. The elemental concentrations of the impurities in both the Be-window and stainless steel housing of the Maia detector were set to the maximum range-bound values.
