Correctness of SHELXD substructures. The substructure with the highest CCall/CCweak was compared with a reference substructure from ANODE using phenix.emma. Purple sites indicate a correctly identified atom. Black sites indicate that a site was not identified. X and Y are the fractional unit-cell coordinates of the sites, as a fraction of the X and Y axis. The diameter of each site represents the RIP peak height, and is normalized to the most intense peak height in the difference map. |
