Rocking curves of the Si(111) crystal at 42.4 keV and Si(311) crystals at 59.82 keV of the DCM. The rocking curves (open circles and diamonds) were collected by scanning the second crystal [Si(111) or Si(311)] through the beam of the first crystal. The theoretical rocking curve is displayed as a solid and dashed line. The FWHM of the rocking curve can be used to calculate the maximum value for the energy resolution. Real values of ΔE/E may be smaller. |
