Wavefronts measured at different steps of the alignment procedure of the ellipsoidal focusing mirror at FLASH beamline BL3. The measurements are performed at a wavelength of 13.3 nm, in single-bunch mode and with use of the gas attenuator for intensity reduction. Note that the scale w(x/y) is enlarged by a factor of ten for the figure of the starting position.
