Comparison between simulated spots at the focus inside the electromagnet end-station at 20 nm (62 eV). The ray-tracing results (left) are in good agreement with the wavefront propagation simulations (right) but for some negligible diffraction effects. The spot size is expected to be around 14 µm × 3.5 µm (H × V) FWHM.
