Intensity Ipar and Iperp in s- and p-polarization geometry (θ = 0° and 90°, respectively) as a function of the vertical offset angle of the incident beam for different opening angles (black lines). Multilayer parameters: Cr/Sc with 400 periods and a period thickness of 2.57 nm operated at a Brewster angle of 45°. Iperp, which has a phase retardation of ±90° with respect to Ipar, is zero in the orbit plane.
