Two-dimensional PSD function of the irradiated surface of mirror BL3M0 (red curves) (a), the underlying surface (b) and the nano-dots (c). The functions were deduced from AFM scans of 10 µm × 10 µm and 2 µm × 2 µm and were smoothed over statistical oscillations for clarity. The PSD function of the irradiated surface of mirror BL0M0 (blue curves) is also shown for comparison.
