Simulation of the beam size RMS value versus distance after the lens for different amplitudes of the DCM angular vibrations $[\sigma_{\rm{m}}]$ for (a) the long-focal-length lens with z_o = 50 m, z_i = 40 m, A = 1000 µm; (b) the short-focal-length lens with z_o = 80 m, z_i = 1 m, A = 200 µm. For both figures the DCM is at z_m = 47 m, X-ray source RMS size and divergence are s = 5 µm, w = 5 µrad, respectively.
