Two-dimensional maps of (a) the Au-LIII fluorescence yield and (b) the Au 331 Laue spot (box size: 100 × 100 pixels of the same area on the detector for all positions in the two-dimensional map) for a single Au nanowire on an Si substrate recorded by scanning the two KB mirrors in steps of 0.5 µm.
