Red and blue correspond to positive and negative values, respectively; the darker the color, the larger are the absolute values. Note that the M1 and M2 coefficients (correlations between A–B and B–A elements, respectively, with A identified by the labels in the left-hand column and B the labels on the top line) appear in the right-hand panel. This is unnecessary for the Pearson correlation values, since the results are not sensitive to pairing order. |
