The relative standard deviation of the deconvolution images varies with the number of iterations. The RSD was calculated by using the values in the red box in Fig. 12

. When the RSD is about 0.1, for the 10× objective, the number of iterations is 21 times and 17 times for the 4.6 µm-thick GGG:Tb and 20 µm-thick GGG:Tb, respectively. For the 40× objective, the number of iterations is 9 times and 17 times for the 4.6 µm-thick GGG:Tb and 20 µm-thick GGG:Tb, respectively.
