Atomic scattering factors f₀ + $[f^{\,\prime}]$ for Fe²⁺, Fe³⁺ and Ti⁴⁺ against sinθ/λ for X-ray experiments at the Fe K pre-edge (E = 7.1085 keV). Since the cubic spinel structure has a center at the origin, the crystal structure factor lies near the real axis of the complex plane (see Table 2

). Then, atomic scattering factors in this plot may be approximately expressed as f₀ + $[f^{\,\prime}]$ .
