Rigorously calculated efficiency for conical diffraction from laminar Au gratings with a depth of 5 nm optimized for λ = 0.154 nm versus azimuthal incidence for the same groove densities presented in Fig. 4[link]. The critical angle for the Au coating is at 0.56°.
