MiniFiz150 Fizeau interferometer for the rapid capture of dynamic changes in the tangential curvature of a bimorph deformable mirror (Mirror 1 in Table 1[link]) in response to a range of large voltage impulses. Topography maps of the optical surface were captured every 10 s for >1 h for each experimental configuration.
