[Note that the rapid alignment shifts the projection images also in the z-direction, thus the data shown in the sinogram of row i in (A) and (C) will be different from that after registration, as shown in (B) and (D). Hence, the `exact' sinogram i no longer exists, and instead a slightly modified sinogram has been created.
