A single crystal of CH2Cl2 immediately after nucleation in the high-pressure chamber at 1.33 GPa – a very thin plate perpendicular to the viewing direction and close to the upper diamond culet. A ruby chip for pressure calibration is visible at the upper right edge of the chamber. The angle between the (110) and (1[\bar 1]0) faces is 126.26°. The diameter of the high-pressure chamber is 0.42 mm.
