The crystal structure of CaAl₂O₄·10D₂O determined from neutron diffraction data obtained for sample C3 at 1.6 and 79 K. The upper part of the figure shows the ab plane projection of one unit cell. The lower part of the figure shows a projection on the ac plane of two unit cells along the c direction and one unit cell in the ab plane. The Ca, Al, O and D atoms are shown as spheres of decreasing size.
