To the right the schematized OD structure is represented by red triangles with a mirror plane normal to [010] and by blue triangles without a mirror plane. Bright and dark colours symbolize the front and the back side of the triangles. Letters to the right describe the layer type. Colour codes, displacement ellipsoids and symbols as in Fig. 2[link]. A subscript `p' designates a coordinate axis which does not lie in the drawing plane (Hahn, 1983BB14).
