Average structure of tetragonal tungsten bronze type Ca0.28Ba0.72Nb2O6 projected along the c axis. The Nb atoms are located near the centres of the octahedra. The Me1 position is predominately occupied by calcium and the Me2 position predominately by barium (cf. Table 2[link]). The Me3 site is not filled.
