Figure 1 pH profiles of the JSCG core conditions and the final 96 solutions in the NKI sparse-matrix screen. The final screening set has a more extensive set of screening conditions around pH 6-7, where many proteins have been shown to crystallize in the past (Kantardjieff & Rupp, 2004)
