The results of parameter screening applied to MR phasing and automated refinement of JCSG target TM0332. All combinations of similarity (SIM) and completeness (COMPL) parameters of the MOLREP program were tested by an exhaustive grid search between 0.1 and 1.0 at intervals of 0.1. All resulting solutions were subject to 20 steps of rigid-body refinement and 500 steps of restrained refinement. The final Rfree value after restrained refinement is plotted as a contour map.
